Kerry Walton, our sales consultant, was outstanding! As new Acura customers, he took the time to explain to us all of the ins and outs of the brand. He also educated us in their lease program; something we've also never done. He was very patient and kind with all of our many questions, and we never felt like we were rushed or pushed into anything, which is a BIG plus, in our book! Tom Reddick, the general sales manager, was also wonderful! He, too, took time to explain things to us, and was very helpful in answering questions. He even went looking for (and found!) my checkbook that had fallen out of my purse on a test drive! We truly had a great experience, and we would for sure come back to Courtesy Acura. More

From the moment we arrived everyone at Courtesy treated us like we were their one and only client. Everyone seems to go out of their way to say "hi" and make sure you are comfortable and having a great time. After visiting 5 other dealerships and receiving the typical used car buying experience, we met Kitty at Courtesy and were surprised by the difference and level of professionalism. Not once did we get a used car sales pitch and we never felt pressured to have to buy right now! Instead, she listened (and heard) what we were looking for and provided options. The great experience didn't stop there. One of the other sales people walked by and for no other reason that just being a great human being, walked over and asked my wife if our 1 year old daughter would like a new doll to play with and keep. My daughter wasn't offered dolls at any other dealership. And the great service didn't stop after the sale either. A week after buying the car the rear brakes started to squeak. Now anyone that knows anything about brakes knows that squealing brakes (not screeching) are the brake pads vibrating. This is a annoyance but not a safety issue and most dealerships would tell you that it's your problem now. Not the case at Courtesy. Michelle and Matt and the whole service team) took great care of us and had a full brake job done to fix the issue. Kitty made sure I had a loaner so I didn't miss any work. This has been such a positive experience that although we were 100% set on buying a new 2016 Honda Pilot later this year, we are now already back talking to Kitty about getting an MDX from Courtesy (sorry Kuni).
