But, when the time comes, I do my research--a bit too much of it I might add. Research and subsequent referrals from past customers brought me to Courtesy Acura. We were able to find not only quality-but also at a fair price. We purchased a 2016 Acura MDX with the tech package. It was one of the loaner cars from service with just under 5K miles on it. What I liked? It was very well taken care of, extremely clean, very low miles, and priced exceptionally well. I also appreciated that there was no pressure at all. They are there to help you find what you are looking for. They are not there to try and sell you more than you want to budget, they are there to help you have a positive buying experience. From Skyler showing us the vehicles we wanted to see, to Sean jumping in to help when things got busy (and show me a report on another dealers car I was going to go see...to find it was a salvaged title...and not such a great deal after all), to Jim marketing out to over 100 potential banks/credit unions to find the best rate (he miraculously found one a full percentage lower than my extensive search), to delivery of the vehicle.
