It was a very smooth and cordial experience and involved negotiating the value of my trade, and the price of my new MDX vehicle including some dealer installed options. Stuart was able to get me a quick fix for my flat tire. Stuart was professional and friendly. I took my car in early in the morning to get a flat tire fixed. He informed me that if I was willing to wait just an hour that it might be possible to fix my flat tire by just patching the tire. And that turned out to be the case. So he saved me the time and energy from having to drive a loner car from the dealership to my office and back. I was able to drive my car to work on time with my tire fixed. More

He w What a wonderful experience! We went to Courtesy Acura just to look at the different models of the MDX. Upon our arrival, we were met by Jeff. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the model. Jeff provided us with a breakdown of all of the models and what was included in the different packages. After discussing this information we went to a car for a test drive; however, before leaving the dealership, Jeff thoroughly went over all of the aspects of the car. He was also a gentleman in opening the car doors for me (you do not see that much anymore). During the drive Jeff was very attentive and once again did a thorough job of describing the functionality of the car as we put it through its' paces. When we returned to the dealership we sat and further discussed the MDX and the different models. We were provided with pricing information on the two models we were most interested in, however, at no time was there any pressure to purchase the vehicle. Once we received all of the information we left (again with no pressure) to discuss the possibilities. We returned the next day to get our vehicle appraised and were greeted by Rick. Jeff had a family emergency, but before leaving, informed Rick of the situation so he was well versed on what was expected. Rick was also very professional and knowledgeable. He immediately worked with the appraiser to have our vehicle evaluated. At that time, we opted for another test drive. Rick went over the car thoroughly describing each of the features and related benefits of the model we were driving. Once we settled on a model, we were able to agree on numbers and we are now the proud owners of 2016 Acura MDX. Our experience at Courtesy Acura was remarkable. There was no pressure, all of our questions were answered, and the entire transaction was transparent from start to finish. From Jeff and Rick to Tom the Manager, and Brock in the business department, we had a wonderful experience and felt like part of a family. At no time were we treated like a "customer". We were guests in their home and we felt very welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase any vehicle because before you go to any other dealership, you need to go to Courtesy Acura to see how it should be done! More

As soon as soon Kerry greeted us on the lot it was a wonderfully pleasant experience all the way to the business end, sitting in James' office- no BS no unnecessary up selling. Kerry Walton our sales associate went above and beyond for the next week and a half helping us find a suitable alternative vehicle to exchange for that met our needs. We ended up in a much more options loaded 2010 MDX in its place. Great dealership and great sales staff that really does care about the customers satisfaction. More

Back at the dealership, we reviewed additional features of the RDX and decided to purchase. Sean is very personable, knowledgeable, straight-forward, and NOT pushy. The whole experience was smooth, calm and pleasant. I picked up the car the next business day and Sean reviewed the basics of the navigation, audio and additional settings. Within the week I have already received a follow up call from Leo, "the tech guy" to offer help with any questions of the system. More
