After much research and contacting several dealerships, I made the mistake of going to another dealer (where my RDX was previously serviced) and I ended up walking away. On the same day, I went to Courtesy. The whole experience was totally different. The sales team was helpful and friendly. They demonstrated a commitment to being transparent and fair. I had never imagined making such an expensive purchase sight-unseen. Kitty, the internet sales agent was great. She was professional, personable, supportive, and kept addressing my persistent questioning, getting me all the answers and photos I needed. While the experience was stressful for me because of the money involved, Kitty handled the transaction in a transparent and thorough way, making it as easy as such an adventure could be.
