Unbelievable service on my 2013 TL My 2013 TL had developed a barely noticeable rattle above the headliner near the moonroof. The rattle was intermittent and I was afraid the folks at My 2013 TL had developed a barely noticeable rattle above the headliner near the moonroof. The rattle was intermittent and I was afraid the folks at Courtesy would think I was crazy when I brought it in and told them about it. Not so!. My service advisor Stuart asked the technician assigned to the problem to go for a drive with me in hopes of hearing the noise. The technician, Andrew, heard the noise within the first couple of miles (I couldn't even hear it when he did) and was able to reproduce the rattle at will. We took the TL back to the dealership where Stuart had a new TLX waiting for me with a promise to call me with updates on the repair. Stuart called me later that day to tell me that Andrew had identified the source of the rattle, was in the process if repairing the problem and that my TL would be ready the next afternoon. Stuart called the next day as promised, confirmed that my car was ready and once again asked Andrew to go on another test ride with me to confirm the rattle was gone (it was). The time these two spent with me on this problem to get it resolved under warranty was unbelievable. I've never had better service and Courtesy will be getting all of my future business. More

Everyone we have dealt with at the dealership has been extremely helpful and professional. Don, our sales agent, was kind, truthful, and not overbearing in the least. He made our experience comfortable and the decision to lease with Acura easy. A few days later, I had a remote start installed and worked with Sandy and Matt. Sandy was so helpful in getting my car into the service garage and made sure I had all of my belongings before moving to the loaner vehicle. He made sure my child seat base was moved correctly and I had my garage door opener, which I easily would have forgotten. Matt did all of the service paperwork and got me into a loaner vehicle. He was very friendly and personable, making sure both me and my 13 month old daughter were comfortable and taken care of. Leo was my courtesy concierge. He was so fun to learn the car with. He answered all of my questions one by one and was so clear in his instructions. He made sure I was retaining the information and offered any assistance necessary in the future. I unexpectedly had my daughter with me for the appointment and Leo was a saint with how patient and kind he was to her as she got restless. I truly believe all of these men are assets to Courtesy Acura and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I'm glad my husband and I randomly decided to walk in there. We sure got lucky. More
Oil Change Shon and the service team had some unexpected issues with my oil change. The bay that they usually change oil could not lift my truck so my wait time was longer normal. Shon kept me in the loop to let me know what was going on the whole time. The Service team that changed my oil was quick and got me out of there in a timely manner when they had a bay available to service my truck. More

Connor did get us an appointment for the next Monday morning and offered a loaner. very efficient on Monday AM, very informative and kept in touch throughout the day. I was most impressed.
