I have almost always had a great experience with the Courtesy Service Department. In particular, Vanessa is incredibly helpful in resolving all of my service needs. The very few times the Service was no Courtesy Service Department. In particular, Vanessa is incredibly helpful in resolving all of my service needs. The very few times the Service was not up to par, they fixed the issue and gave me a complimentary oil change. That's why I've had my Acura serviced there for the past 10 years! More
