They completed the service in less than the original estimated time. My service rep, Connor, was both personable and knowledgeable. I enjoyed working with him. The service area is clean and seems well maintained. Likewise, the waiting room is clean, comfortable, and well stocked with snacks, beverages and reading materials. The entire operation is first class. Courtesy kindly washed my car at the end of the service, which is an added bonus for using this dealership. The water and mint that they left in my vehicle after they completed the service was icing on the cake. They're doing it right at Courtesy, and deserve to be congratulated for outstanding service. I had done a great deal of research so I knew exactly what I went through the USAA Car Buying Service and one of the offers was from Courtesy Acura. I had done a great deal of research so I knew exactly what I wanted and having the exact purchase price (including the USAA discount) made it very easy. By the time I made it to the dealership the car I wanted was sold. Kitty Baum advised another one just like it would be available in 2 weeks. She was willing to sell me that car and put me in a new MDX loaner until it arrived. Eventually I decided to go with a different one they had in stock. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The only suggestion I have is work on speeding up the process - It still takes way too long to buy a car at a dealership. More
Best Car Purchase Experience I've Had Anywhere Prior to my visit, I researched my car of choice online through cargurus.com and truecar.com for vehicles that fell under "good" or "great" value. Ori Prior to my visit, I researched my car of choice online through cargurus.com and truecar.com for vehicles that fell under "good" or "great" value. Originally I was looking for a used newer year cheaper Audi model. Just for kicks, I decided to expand my search for some of the higher end models, keeping my other parameters the same (low miles, within a reasonable distance, and within my budget) only looking back one additional model year. My settings immediately eliminated the vast majority of those cars. However, a gem popped up at Courtesy Acura. They had a fully loaded A7 Prestige at a very reasonable price. Compared to other A7s I found within 100 miles of me, it was cheaper and better equipped. I sent them an email through my bank's car buying service to ensure the vehicle was still in stock. Once confirmed we setup to complete a test drive when I was available. Before getting onsite, I had financing in place through my bank with a decent APR. When I arrived, they had the car parked out front so I wouldn't miss it nor have to trek to find it. I gave it a quick walk around and headed. Kitty was busy working on something, but dropped everything to work with me. After quick formalities we proceeded to the vehicle to test drive it. As the vehicle is used and has a few years on it, I pressed every button inside the car to make sure everything was in good working order. Kitty was very patient as I fumbled through the different menus on the computers and figured out what everything did. She helped me to get my phone connected via bluetooth so I could play music when I was having technical problems. After about 20 minutes of playing with everything electrical, we commenced the test drive. Kitty was again very patient, allowing me to see how the vehicle could really perform. I held back since it wasn't my car yet, but the car drove beautifully. Following the test drive, I knew I the car was going home with me. While this may have been a relatively easy sale for Kitty, never once did she push me or prod me into purchasing. I felt appreciated as a customer and comfortable with my decision throughout the visit. We went through the process of trading in my vehicle. They were able to quickly give me an offer that I felt happy with. While I already had financing in place, business manager Jim Kurtz told me he felt a lender who is currently providing very competitive loan rates could beat my bank's rate. Normally, my bank provides some of the lowest rates nationally so I was hesitant. He told me that obviously the choice is mine and they were happy either way. As it were, I was already set on buying the vehicle and they were going to get paid by someone. That gave me the confidence to allow them to run my information with the lender with assurance they wouldn't run it with anyone else. He was right, his lender beat my bank by a full 0.6%, which will saving me several hundred dollars over the course of the loan. While running my info took a little extra time, I was still in and out in just a few hours. The original vehicle price was set such that there was no haggling. Having compared several similar vehicles from CO Springs to Fort Collins, this was by far the best deal already. While I could probably have haggled some of the other places down to this price, this vehicle was better equipped with fewer miles than ALL of the others. Needless to say, I'll look here first next time I'm in the market to buy a vehicle. While I hope that is a long time from now, it's nice to know the process will be simple and as stressless as possible. Thanks Kitty, Jim, and everyone at Courtesy Acura! More

He was very honest & forthcoming about the vehicles we were looking at & the procedures. Dennis is very knowledgeable! He really worked hard to get us into the right vehicle. My husband loves his vehicle he bought. Jim in finance was very helpful in going over our credit & helping us figure out what we could get approved for... And Brock was very thorough in explaining all the documents & giving us all our options! While we were there we even got an oil change on our other vehicle. Best Dealership Experience I've Ever Had! Courtesy Acura is absolutely amazing! For a while, I had been considering getting a 2016 ILX A-Spec for my wife and one day we decided to drop by just Courtesy Acura is absolutely amazing! For a while, I had been considering getting a 2016 ILX A-Spec for my wife and one day we decided to drop by just to submit a credit app to see where we stood. I wasn't expecting much that day except for getting the ball rolling. When we arrived, we were pleasantly greeted by Dennis Craig at the door. That initial greeting and conversation with Dennis was so natural, very unlike what most would expect from a "typical" car salesman. At that moment, we knew we were in the right place! Dennis listened to our needs, showed us the particular product we were interested in, took care of all of the paperwork very efficiently, and made sure that we felt 200% comfortable with every step of the process. Dennis knows the product lines, so if there's ever a question, he's got the answer! He's a very genuine guy, no b.s., no lies, or pretending to like you just for a sale. And to expand on that thought, while we were waiting on our new car to be prepped and delivered to us, EVERY employee that we crossed paths with greeted us, congratulated us, asked if there was anything we needed, and generally just had fun with us while we waited! That's pretty xxxx awesome! In this day and age, too many people don't want to deal with anyone if they don't have anything to gain for themselves. Absolute opposite at Courtesy!! Once our new car was ready for us, Dennis transitioned us to Leo Falcam who gave us a thorough training on the features of our car. Leo is also an awesome product specialist. He was very down to earth, knowledgeable, and patient when he educated us on our ILX. Plus, he shared me and my wife's sense of humor! He went through all of the car's settings, set the wife's preferences, and set up her phone through the car's system. Approximately four weeks into ownership, we are very pleased with the new car and the outstanding level of service and follow-through we have received. I wish I was able to buy another because Courtesy is just that great of a place to purchase a new or used vehicle! Thanks again to Dennis Craig and Leo Falcam for all that you do!
