No matter who you come in contact with it's always a very pleasant experience. From management, to sales, to finance, to service...they are all just great people to know and do business with. Sean Wardrope has always been my salesman....after first connecting with John through a friend. Sean is just a great, down to earth guy, that goes out of his way to handle special requests and to make the whole car buying process an easy one. THAT'S what I like from a car dealership. I've owned over 63 new cars..so I've met a lot of employees at many dealerships over the years. As long as Sean and John are there I will be back for another!! More

She was knowledgeable, professional and most of all friendly. Paige answered all of my questions and mapped out a service plan for me to "keep it simple". She also asked me to call her directly with any questions I have. Stuart sits next to Paige and he was great too! They serviced my car on time and gave it a nice wash. Leo, whom I call the technology guru, showed me how to map my cell phone to my car. As always, he was professional, friendly and fun to work with-Thanks again Leo! While I was there Dennis Craig whom we have worked with since 2000, stopped by to catch up. We love working with Dennis and he can't retire until we buy our next Acura! In n Out As Promised Brought my RDX in for an oil change, tire rotation, fluids check and was told by the #CourtesyAcura service associate it would take approx. 1:15 min. Brought my RDX in for an oil change, tire rotation, fluids check and was told by the #CourtesyAcura service associate it would take approx. 1:15 min. As pointed out on the dealer's web site my service didn't require an appointment. As promised my RDX was finished, washed and vacuumed in just over an hour. Sandy walked me through the paperwork explaining what was done and I was on my way. If I had to ding CA on this visit the ArmorAll wasn't applied on the entire surface of the tires, but no biggie. All service businesses should be so good. More

It is always so stressful to make such a big purchase but Kerry (Walton) made the whole experience very pleasant. He worked hard to make sure we were comfortable with the car we purchased. The dealership was warm and friendly and really made us a great deal. My husband and I love our new Acura, well at least I think I do, haven't got to drive the car yet! (My husband will hopefully give me a turn to drive soon, since it's my car.) so pleased with everyone at Courtesy Acura. The Acura is by far the best car we looked at, no other car even came close. If you plan to buy a car soon, I would recommend looking at the Acura RDX at Courtesy Acura. More
Stress free car purchase experience I was so impressed with my car purchase process. Todd and Don allowed me to do most of the process over email. I hate the normal car buying dance! He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, and he even made a way for me to take the vehicle for an inspection by my mechanic before finalizing the purchase. There was no pressure and no haggling. This was by far the most pleasant car buying experience that I've had. Also Jim Kurtz was super helpful in explaining the terms of my loan, the vehicle service plan, and all the questions I had. I will recommend Courtesy Acura to my friends and family who are looking for a new vehicle. More

Leo helped me with a technology question with my RDX I recently found the windows of my car down and went to the Courtesy to find out if people were able to get into the car using the technology in the c I recently found the windows of my car down and went to the Courtesy to find out if people were able to get into the car using the technology in the car. Leo was very helpful explaining a feature on the car which I was not aware of which answered my concerns about the windows. He then went to the car with me and helped me with the voice commands and navigation system. I know I will enjoy the time with my car even more now with Leo's patient explanation of features of the car. Great service! More
Service experience I bought my RSX new there ten years ago, many of the same people still work at the dealership and they have always provided great service. I can get loaner cars if needed, they also have courtesy shuttle so they will pick me up when my car is done being worked on. I can come in for oil changes without appointment and they will do the car in approx 1.5 hours. I love my Acura and when I need a new one I will get it at Courtesy. More
