On Sunday he emailed me stating that he was sorry that he missed me on Saturday. It is obvious that he did not remember test driving a vehicle with me. The vehicle, which was used, was over priced (I found a newer car with less miles for $700 less). The detailing done on the car was also average. Dirt was evident on the seats along with smudges on the panels. Not willing to negotiate despite things like no spare tire, etc. More

Integrity. Even when it hurts I first came to Courtesy Acura to check out a used 2006 Honda Pilot. The vehicle looked good, and the price was great so I purchased it, contingent u I first came to Courtesy Acura to check out a used 2006 Honda Pilot. The vehicle looked good, and the price was great so I purchased it, contingent upon my mechanic taking a look to see if everything under the hood was solid. Once I took it to my mechanic, I was told that there was a problem with the steering rack and pinion leaking (over a $1000 job). Frustrated I took the car back to Courtesy Acura. I dealt with Matt who was an absolute professional. Not only did he replace the steering rack and pinion free of charge, He also put me up in a new acura for a week while they worked on it! About a month later I was having problems turning my steering wheel. I suspected it was the newly installed steering rack and pinion, so once again I took it back to Courtesy Acura frustrated. Again I dealt with Matt, and again I was treated fairly. They replaced the whole rack and pinion again free of charge! About a week after dropping my car off with them I got a call from Matt and he told me that they were not satisfied with the 2nd install, and so they replaced the rack and pinion a third time. Courtesy Acura is the complete opposite of what I expected from a car dealership. They stand behind their work, and their promises no matter what. They have absolute class and will always treat you with respect. They hold themselves to a high standard in everything they do, even when it hurts. They did thousands of dollars of work on my car, and because the problem was original to the car, I didn't pay a penny. My vehicle is working great and I am so grateful to Matt and the rest of Courtesy Acura for their integrity. If you want a car dealership that stands behind their product, and puts the customer first, there is none better. Courtesy Acura has by business for life. More

I went to the dealership for a visit after hours and ran into Evan Lyons, a I found a used unit at Courtesy Acura that looked promising on AutoTrader. I went to the dealership for a visit after hours and ran into Evan Lyons, a salesman, who showed me the car anyway. I was impressed enough with the vehicle to come back again the next day. After further inspection and a test drive, I purchased the car. The repair shop fixed a number of items on the car, to bring it up to spec, before delivery. Every person encountered in the experience behaved professionally and exhibited integrity. Also, the transaction exhibited fair price, on an exceptional and fairly unique car. More
A truly great experience! My wife and I have been looking at a variety of used vehicles to replace our totaled car. We have been in and out of Courtesy Acura looking at a couple of Acuras and others. We have a 2004 Acura MDX which we love and Courtesy has also provided us with great service on that car as needed. So, on a whim, we decided to look at a used 2013 Nissan Murano at Courtesy. Dennis had helped my wife before and once again was great to us on this car. He let us take it for the afternoon to let my daughter see if she fit well in it to drive (just getting her learner's permit). Not only was the vehicle in fantastic shape, it was offered at an extremely competitive price. Dennis provided us with excellent service and was very knowledgeable on this and the other vehicles we were looking at. He treated us more than fairly and was especially attentive to our daughter. We will be back and will recommend others to check out Courtesy Acura and get with Dennis. More

No pressure, we wanted to sleep on it, went back the next morning and they worked with us to make a deal that worked for us. Very pleased with our new 2016 MDX. More

Thank you to the team of Sean Wardrope & Todd Connell for helping me find a very clean 2013 RDX with low mileage. It was a big bill to fill, however, Sean & Todd worked diligently & so patiently with me for several weeks & after "many" test drives, we found the right car! Thank you to Leo - The Acura Tech Guy-for taking the time to guide me thru all the bells & whistles! I have not bought a car for 12 years so this was a major achievement for me & I knew I had the right dealership when I found out the Sales Team names were Todd & Sean - the same names as my 2 boys! - marlys lupien More
