Meanwhile the other 2 dealerships in our area had already peppered us with a half dozen calls and emails in about 30 minutes. Courtesy didn't have the exact car I wanted on the lot, but they went above and beyond and had it on the lot in less than 3 hours. I knew where they were getting it from, and MAYBE I could have saved a few hundred bucks going straight to them but it never even crossed my mind after all the effort Sean put into it.
