This was no surprise since between me and Lori, we have purchase five Acura vehicles from Courtesy. The people were great. Our service representative Stuart was exceptional at understanding the problem and communicating our options. Stuart was also sensitive to our budget and when the limit was reached, went the extra mile to fix the solution at the dealer's cost (which is almost unheard of). Because of the treatment we received, and our past experiences with this quality organization and its people, we will be life long customers. We had one of the single best experiences in purchasing, and/or leasing, a car because of Sean's low key but entirely professional approach to assuring that we would be satisfied with every step and, of course, the actual vehicle we purchased. His sincerity won the day for Acura and we are very pleased to recommend Sean for the best experience you can have, a great value in the car you want and the most painless journey to get there that is possible. He is a really "good guy" and we were lucky to meet hm. I would add that the service department also gets consistently high marks and we would not have our vehicle serviced anywhere else. I accidentally spilled my coffee while dropping my vehicle off, and not only did they kindly mop it up, but Stuart walked me to the waiting area to make sure I got a new cup of coffee before sending me off!
