They are very conscientious of my time, and got me on my way in less time than promised when I was in getting a new key fob programmed. I told him if I didn't take the loaner, that I would have to leave by 10, and promptly at 10, they were finished. When I made the appointment, I reserved a loaner as I was told it would take a couple hours. But when I checked in, I was told by Matt that he could probably get me out so that I wouldn't have to come back later. Their waiting area is very nice with free easy accessible WiFi. Another time I came in to have the tire repair kit refilled with sealant, and their parts guys were very friendly, and took care of me very efficiently. Love this place! More

His gave us all the time we needed and never, ever pushed us to make a decision. He even let us leave to go have lunch and most salespersons would not let someone alone when trying to make a deal. We came out twice to the dealership and he gave us 5+ hours each time to let us be sure we were making the right decision. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. I'll be looking for him for my next purchase. More

I quickly came, indeed it was the perfect vehicle, and more importantly they gave me more for my vehicle than Carmax, Honda, Toyota, and everywhere else I tried. I wanted a specific vehicle and they nailed it! I saw customer service at it's finest. No wonder they win all these great customer service awards year after year. They really take care of you. All the way down to a little piece of chocolate when you get an oil change. My 9 year old son came with me and he helped convinced my wife that this was the perfect car. At the end of the transaction they thanked my son for closing the deal and gave him a Hot Wheels car. Again need I say GREAT customer service. Sunday, I found out that Courtesy Acura was the TITLE sponsor for the Justice Run, a family-friendly event to raise money and awareness for human trafficking and its victims. We did most everything online and over the phone. I literally drove there, test drove the car, signed the paperwork, and left with the car in under an hour. I had to have this type of transaction in order to make getting a new car a possibility. Next time I need a car, I'll be hitting them up first. Thank you, Geoff More
