$4,600 cost savings and great service made me a believer! I very rarely write reviews for anything, but decided to do one after having an amazing experience at Courtesy. The transmission light on my 2014 RDX I very rarely write reviews for anything, but decided to do one after having an amazing experience at Courtesy. The transmission light on my 2014 RDX came on and I immediately took it to the local dealer where I had purchased it. This other dealer (not Courtesy) said that they needed to simply flush the transmission fluid and if the light came back on I would be looking at a new transmission at a cost of around $5,000. The light came on again and I took it to a local transmission shop who quoted me $1,700 for repair based on their diagnosis but caveated that by saying there were no guarantees that it would resolve the issue. I then called Courtesy and connected with Paige Keel. She was truly outstanding - from start to finish. She scheduled an appointment that fit perfectly into my hectic schedule. When I arrived, she thoroughly described the diagnosis process and that she would have answers very quickly. Within 30 minutes, she reported her findings back and said she could do the repairs while I waited. During the entire process, I luxuriated in the well appointed and comfortable waiting area, connected to the complimentary wifi, and enjoyed freshly brewed espresso and bottled water. The best news was that it cost only $400 and the repairs were done on the spot so rapidly! Paige exceeded my expectations throughout this entire process and was absolutely spectacular! Hats off to Paige and the entire Courtesy Acura Team. I am proud to say I am your newest (and maybe happiest) customer! More

Bob Bettendorf took the time to find the best financing for my needs. He managed to find a lender that took 2 percentage points off my original rate approval! I would highly recommend Todd and Bob to anyone considering a new/used vehicle. Also, the dealership is absolutely gorgeous, and Acura takes great care of their customers! More

I drove a few 4WD vehicles that were very nice, a Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep Rubicon etc. I was about to give up and Tom and I started talking casually. I told him I missed my Xterra and would love another one. He informed me that they had just taken one in on trade. That it wasn't even ready, hadn't been inspected or detailed but, would I like to see it? He had it washed and brought it out. As it turns out it was exactly what I wanted. They ran it through their inspection, detailed the vehicle and we finalized the purchase in a few days. They have been very helpful with follow up. Scott Swortz was amazing with my financing. I would highly recommend this dealership...and have! I think a close friend of mine is going to purchase an Acura from them soon. Good experience over all and hope it continues with service of my vehicle. More
