I quickly came, indeed it was the perfect vehicle, and more importantly they gave me more for my vehicle than Carmax, Honda, Toyota, and everywhere else I tried. I wanted a specific vehicle and they nailed it! I saw customer service at it's finest. No wonder they win all these great customer service awards year after year. They really take care of you. All the way down to a little piece of chocolate when you get an oil change. My 9 year old son came with me and he helped convinced my wife that this was the perfect car. At the end of the transaction they thanked my son for closing the deal and gave him a Hot Wheels car. Again need I say GREAT customer service. Sunday, I found out that Courtesy Acura was the TITLE sponsor for the Justice Run, a family-friendly event to raise money and awareness for human trafficking and its victims. Easy as it could have been. Rick Armijo made the process as easy as it could have been. We did most everything online and over the phone. I literally drove there, test drove the car, signed the paperwork, and left with the car in under an hour.
