So we asked them to check our key fob, sat and waited for 2 hours, the girl helping us came in and called us to the side and said something about how they don't like marijuana and that they are very against it. FYI my husband didn't leave it in the car he had it in is pocket so it wouldn't get taken. It is legal to have so i don't know why they were concerned, it wasn't smoke in the car or on premises. Will never return here again! We were very disappointed and felt judged. More

Wheel Bearing issue on my 2003 Acura TL After having taken my car to another mechanic where they could not find the wheel bearing problem and insisting it was the transmission. I drove my ca After having taken my car to another mechanic where they could not find the wheel bearing problem and insisting it was the transmission. I drove my car to Courtesy Acura for a 2nd opinion and replacement of the transmission if it was needed. Monday morning, I dropped the car off at 7:30 am, got a loaner vehicle to allow me to get around. At 10:30 am I received a car from the service writer telling me they found the RF wheel hub bearing was worn and needed replacement. By 2:30 pm I was back at the dealership picking up my car repaired with no problems. I have been going to this dealer ship for over 15 years, and have had the same mechanic, Mike Grobner work exclusively on all my Acura vehicles, Those being a Legend, RL and TL. Mike has done outstanding work and is always willing to help me better understand the car in order to keep it running tip top. He is the best mechanic at this Dealership Matt Sheridan assisted me in service writing and Sandy got my loaner vehicle set up. I am pleased and happy to say, I have not had a bad experience with Courtesy Acura. They can not be beat with Great customer service, a superior mechanic, Mike Grobner and the rest of the staff that have assisted me recently and the past. I have confidence every time I bring my car in to have it serviced, they will be honest with me and provide the best work so I know I won't be stuck on the side of the road somewhere waiting for a tow. The team at Courtesy Acura really changed my mind regarding that experience. Don with his many years of experience was so knowledgeable, personable and truly interested in what worked best for me I knew he had my best interest at heart. I felt I was in good hands the minute I walked through the door and he approached my daughter and I. There was never any pressure just a willingness to help us navigate the sometimes difficult world of new car purchases. Leo was the Acura "genius" who was kind and helpful and explained with great patience and detail anything and everything there was to know about our new Acura RDX vehicle. The whole Acura "family" including Don, Leo, and Brock at Courtesy Acura live up to their name, they are a genuine bunch who go out of their way even in small ways to accommodate their customers, they care that their customers go away with the best experience possible. They over quoted me on numerous things and made me feel very uncomfortable of the current status my car was in. However after going to courtesy Acura in Littleton all was made right. Stuart Hall in the service department did an outstanding job of taking care of me as well as my vehicle. I couldn't dream of going anywhere else in the future. The knowledge and professionalism at this location is beyond anywhere I've ever done in the past. Because of Stuart Hall I will continue to go to Courtesy Acura for all of my car needs. thank you again Stuart! More
