Following my tune up, I was given a "post-op" sheet explaining what was tended to, and what needed to be looked at next and how urgently. It's nice to have that information on-hand. These two gentlemen were so helpful, friendly and professional. I can only assume the crew is the same. Great work and thank you! More

Thank you for LEO! My wife and I just purchased a 2017 MDX Advanced. We then added a total of 11 accessories! Anyway, we had scheduled a meeting with Leo Falcam the da My wife and I just purchased a 2017 MDX Advanced. We then added a total of 11 accessories! Anyway, we had scheduled a meeting with Leo Falcam the day following the day when all of our accessories were to be installed. FYI, Leo is the resident expert at training computer challenged customers such as my wife and I how to properly utilize all the unique new features of these high tech automobiles. However, on the day that our accessories were to be installed their shop ran into an problem that ended up shutting down half of this dealerships repair bays. So, my automobile was not finished on the day scheduled. To make a long story short, in order to spare my wife and I any further inconvenience, Leo personally drove our new vehicle out to our home and then spent a little more then an hour tutoring me on how to utilize our new vehicles features. The other event was that I mistakenly had them install a cargo liner, when I really wanted a cargo mat. Leo clearly understood my mistake and did not hesitate to personally make the arrangements for this switch to be made and for me to be compensated for the price difference. Leo is a real "can-do" guy and a huge benefit to Courtesy Acura's customers. More

Kerry was easy to work with and went above any beyond by allowing me to take a 2016 Acura MDX on a month long road trip while I wait for my 2017 to come in. Before I drove my loaner car off the lot, Leo patiently reviewed all the gadgets with me so I understood how to best utilize the tools included. They also picked me up so I could come get the loaner car. I can't wait to get my new MDX! A big thanks to the whole team! More

I've driven Acuras for I recently purchased a 2016 ILX Premium Package vehicle. Acura provided tech support through Leo Falcam who is the best ever! I've driven Acuras for 25+ years so was familiar with some of the new features but Leo was kind, patient and so knowledgable with his approach to teaching me about the newest tech features on the ILX. He inquired about what I was already familiar with and asked me questions regarding the set up of my vehicle. What I appreciated most was that he had me navigate through the controls myself - he did not simply do the work. He has the qualities of a great instructor! Thank you Leo!!!!! More
an exceptional and comfortable sales experience I own a 2008 Acura and have been exceptionally impressed with the professionalism of the service organization at Courtesy Acura. However, I purchased I own a 2008 Acura and have been exceptionally impressed with the professionalism of the service organization at Courtesy Acura. However, I purchased my 2008 Acura in Wisconsin so I had not had the experience of purchasing a vehicle from Courtesy Acura. I also owned a 2012 Buick Lacrosse and was totally fed up with the lack of response and the poor communication that i was receiving from my local Buick dealer, not to mention the frequent functional issues suffered by this vehicle. So. my wife and I decided to look into trading in the Buick for an additional MDX. So, we brought our 2008 Acura in to the shop for an oil change and while there we asked the service rep. which sales person they would buy their new Acura from. The answer to our question was "Dennis Craig". So we proceeded to hunt down Mr. Craig to initiate our discussion regarding a new MDX. We found Dennis to be a very personable, very experienced, and very professional sales pro. there were no typical cheesy sales tactics in play with Dennis. He did an excellent job of gaining an understanding of our lifestyle preferences and then matching our new MDX features and option with those preferences. When it came time to install our selection accessories, Dennis was intimately involved in keeping us informed of the status of this installation process. Finally when the shop got behind schedule ( they had an issue that shut down half of their service bays), Dennis made arrangements to have our new vehicle delivered directly to our home when it was completed. When it comes time to trade-in my 2008 MDX (It only has 128,000 miles on it at the moment so it has a ways to go ) we will definitely be purchasing our new Acura vehicle from Mr. Dennis Craig More
Thank you for having Paige on your team! I have been bringing my Acura TL to Courtesy Acura for service for a couple of years now and have always had positive experiences with all of the Serv I have been bringing my Acura TL to Courtesy Acura for service for a couple of years now and have always had positive experiences with all of the Service Staff. Due to the extent of service needed and to an unforeseen personal situation, my most recent experience could have been much less than positive but by the luck of having been helped by Paige, it ended up being one of the best customer service and overall 'people' experiences I have ever had at any business (not just auto service). As Acura has always done, I was given a Loaner Vehicle while my TL was in for service. But while in, there were more items that were found to need to be tended to on my car that extended the time that my TL would be in for service. During this time my wife's car had its own issues and had to be taken to its dealership (unfortunately NOT Acura) to be serviced as well. Because this other dealership does not offer the wonderful loaner car service that Courtesy Acura does, this left us with just the Acura Loaner vehicle and way too much unexpected car repair bills (and a very ill child to boot). As a result I was beyond stressed, worried not only about the financial portion, but also about not getting the loaner vehicle back in time. Throughout the duration of this experience, Paige was in constant contact about my TL, about the loaner vehicle (and that my extra days with it were not problem as I was worried it would be), but most importantly her always positive attitude, constant desire to accommodate, and her pleas to me to not worry made me feel 100% better about the entire situation (not just the portions that were related to my Acura). When everything was ready, I was actually looking forward to getting to see Paige and thank her for everything. When I arrived she seemed genuinely as happy to see me (which could have been the polar opposite considering everything I had put her through). After processing the transaction, Paige kept me company while we waited for the TL to be washed and even gave me a hug before I left (which she probably knew I could use after the past week or so's events). Not only did she go above and beyond in handling/taking care of all my needs, but it was very obvious that she was actually HAPPY to do so. I cannot express how positive Paige made a situation that could have been anything but. Thank you Acura for having Paige on your team! I couldn't have asked for a better experience :-) More

Professional, helpful, friendly - I could go on and on. These 2 people deserve a BIG pat on the back - they are representing you extremely well.
