Quality when no one else would try I had been to multiple dealerships trying to buy cars and at work I'm unable to be on the phone, I tried to keep in contact as best I could but was ne I had been to multiple dealerships trying to buy cars and at work I'm unable to be on the phone, I tried to keep in contact as best I could but was never able to reach people while I had the chance and when I was able to the cars were already sold. I saw a Lexus and emailed them and Sean was able to keep in contact the whole way and get be in the car the next day. I had just had a bad experience with another car company that sells used vehicles and needed to work with a dealer that truly had integrity. At Courtesy Acura, I worked primarily with Andrew. He used to work as a mechanic at Courtesy. There was a noise with the vehicle I was test driving. Andrew was able to quickly explain what was going on. As a former mechanic, Andrew's knowledge was excellent. I enjoyed working with Andrew as I went through the process of deciding to buy or not buy the vehicle. He gave me the space I needed to make my decision (not pushy) but yet was informative and extremely helpful. The rest of the sales team are friendly and helpful, too. I felt I could trust the team. We were in on a Friday - he even called Saturday evening - to make sure we were happy with our purchase!! Great experience!! He introduced us to Leo Falcam III - who was very patient in explaining and answering questions about the functions of the vehicle and helping us become familiar with our vehicle - and we are to come back as often as we need to learn how everything works. I recently purchased a used '14 from Daniel Strajna whom was one of the most genuine sales people I've had the opportunity to work with. When I dropped my 2014 ILX off for service to prep for a long trip it was my lunch hour. Paige took time to review my concern and made sure I was aware that her goal was to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. As well, we have an additional vehicle at home so I did not need the loaner car. Paige arranged to have one of the team take me home so I could get back to work; I made it back to work w/in an hour and my office is 25 min from the Dealership. I feel very blessed to have made at the perfect time, and more so, that Paige, Daniel and Brock (our Finance Rep) have taken such good care of us! I visited many dealerships before making my purchase, and my husband and I just had a poor experience with his 2013 Nissan that we purchased new.
