The atmosphere was delightful and no pressure; so easy to negotiate. Staff is well trained; a happy place. Dealership actually took my personal out-of-state check without my having to get it certified. Best deal in town. Pressure Free; No Hassels; Up Front pricing and service. They had the best selection and very competitive pricing on the Ford Edge we were looking for. All cars on the lot were virtually scratch free - they offer a very quality product. Taking the car for the test drive, they had to jump it due to dead battery - not a good start to a sale! We wound up buying that vehicle and they put in a brand new battery in for us. No Pressure - Very upfront that the price you see is the price - including their prep fees. They lowered the price $500 from one week to the next as they compare area pricing on a regular basis. Initially contacted Daniel but when we arrived , he was with other customers - so we worked with Evan; very knowledgeable, no pressure, no gimmicks; Evan provided a copy of the Car Fax - which I've found is not always the case with used car dealers!! Will definitely keep Courtesy Acura in mind when buying our next car!! More
Used Car Test drove a used vehicle on Saturday with an internet salesman that I was communicating with for several days. On Sunday he emailed me stating that he was sorry that he missed me on Saturday. It is obvious that he did not remember test driving a vehicle with me. The vehicle, which was used, was over priced (I found a newer car with less miles for $700 less). The detailing done on the car was also average. Dirt was evident on the seats along with smudges on the panels. Not willing to negotiate despite things like no spare tire, etc. More

Integrity. Even when it hurts I first came to Courtesy Acura to check out a used 2006 Honda Pilot. The vehicle looked good, and the price was great so I purchased it, contingent u I first came to Courtesy Acura to check out a used 2006 Honda Pilot. The vehicle looked good, and the price was great so I purchased it, contingent upon my mechanic taking a look to see if everything under the hood was solid. Once I took it to my mechanic, I was told that there was a problem with the steering rack and pinion leaking (over a $1000 job). Frustrated I took the car back to Courtesy Acura. I dealt with Matt who was an absolute professional. Not only did he replace the steering rack and pinion free of charge, He also put me up in a new acura for a week while they worked on it! About a month later I was having problems turning my steering wheel. I suspected it was the newly installed steering rack and pinion, so once again I took it back to Courtesy Acura frustrated. Again I dealt with Matt, and again I was treated fairly. They replaced the whole rack and pinion again free of charge! About a week after dropping my car off with them I got a call from Matt and he told me that they were not satisfied with the 2nd install, and so they replaced the rack and pinion a third time. Courtesy Acura is the complete opposite of what I expected from a car dealership. They stand behind their work, and their promises no matter what. They have absolute class and will always treat you with respect. They hold themselves to a high standard in everything they do, even when it hurts. They did thousands of dollars of work on my car, and because the problem was original to the car, I didn't pay a penny. My vehicle is working great and I am so grateful to Matt and the rest of Courtesy Acura for their integrity. If you want a car dealership that stands behind their product, and puts the customer first, there is none better. Courtesy Acura has by business for life. More
