Courtesy Acura is no exception - they have definitely made some mistakes during the 6+ years I've serviced with them. But each and every time they work diligently to rectify the situation as best possible, and have never even attempted to charge additional. Hollie is one of the main reasons I keep coming to Courtesy. She knows I like to get very technical on the issues and repairs, and never fails to deliver without me even needing to ask. She will direct work to the best technician for specific jobs knowing how particular I am. She constantly acts as an excellent bridge between me and the service I need. More
Awesome experience...Truly. I previously owned a 2005 MDX with close to 200,000 miles..LOVED IT!! Needless to say it was time for a change...I thought wow, opportunity to try som I previously owned a 2005 MDX with close to 200,000 miles..LOVED IT!! Needless to say it was time for a change...I thought wow, opportunity to try something new...So I went to Infinity, Audi, Volvo drove all listened to all. I am as a direct client as you can be...wanted a sales person to listen to me first and fulfill my need's as a car owner.. My husband was out of town so on my own...he wanted to come back from a business trip and help me choose the perfect car for our 2 puppy hiking family. I was not interested in the Infinity transmission system and had a horrible disrespectful situation at Volvo. Audi did not have a car in the features/color choices until December. OK so go to Courtesy...even though the Sales Staff is in a trailer because they are creating a new beautiful showroom everyone was so willing to help, listen and deliver. My sales force was Sean Wardrobe and Andrew Moore. Gave me the numbers, friendly felt like family and got the job done. I love my new MDX!! So much for something different. Stick with what shines..Love these guys...Acura, MDX, Courtesy THE BEST!!!!! More

He was very patient and waited with no pressure till we were ready to buy and my wife said this IT WAS VERY FAST AND EASY no hassle buy. No matter who you come in contact with it's always a very pleasant experience. From management, to sales, to finance, to service...they are all just great people to know and do business with. Sean Wardrope has always been my salesman....after first connecting with John through a friend. Sean is just a great, down to earth guy, that goes out of his way to handle special requests and to make the whole car buying process an easy one. THAT'S what I like from a car dealership. She was knowledgeable, professional I had my car serviced on 9/15/16 at Courtesy. What a great experience! I worked with Paige-she totally rocked it! She was knowledgeable, professional and most of all friendly. Paige answered all of my questions and mapped out a service plan for me to "keep it simple". She also asked me to call her directly with any questions I have. Stuart sits next to Paige and he was great too! They serviced my car on time and gave it a nice wash. Leo, whom I call the technology guru, showed me how to map my cell phone to my car. As always, he was professional, friendly and fun to work with-Thanks again Leo! While I was there Dennis Craig whom we have worked with since 2000, stopped by to catch up. We love working with Dennis and he can't retire until we buy our next Acura! In n Out As Promised Brought my RDX in for an oil change, tire rotation, fluids check and was told by the #CourtesyAcura service associate it would take approx. 1:15 min. Brought my RDX in for an oil change, tire rotation, fluids check and was told by the #CourtesyAcura service associate it would take approx. 1:15 min. As pointed out on the dealer's web site my service didn't require an appointment. As promised my RDX was finished, washed and vacuumed in just over an hour. Sandy walked me through the paperwork explaining what was done and I was on my way. If I had to ding CA on this visit the ArmorAll wasn't applied on the entire surface of the tires, but no biggie. All service businesses should be so good. More
