Easiest and best sales consultant I have ever worked with. He will always get you the best deal possible. Kerry is so patient, and spends time going over every little thing and all questions I had. A real pleasure working with him. Also your Finance Manager, Chad Fritz was just as awesome. He is a real people person. Very personable and knowledgeable. Great sense of humor! He went through every charge with me and explained in detail. Leo Falcam is another great guy. Talk about patience and knowledge! Brady was so patient and helpful. He took the time to show me all the features in the car and he answered all the questions I asked. I think a lot of salesmen don't like indecisive customers and they seem annoyed and inpatient. I experience this at a couple of dealers I had visited. This is not what I experienced at Courtesy Acura. Brady and Sean were very relaxed and accommodating. I'm very happy with my experience purchasing my new car at Courtesy Acura. More

We did, however need to learn the difference between the various packages and the value those differences would mean to us. Dennis Craig did an extraordinary job in helping us through gaining that understanding. Most of us have been through the auto buying dance which can be painful. This was absolutely the opposite. I had some tough time constraints which caused some of our dealings to be done over the phone. Other dealerships wouldn't work with me in that way. Dennis was fantastic in helping me get exactly the best car for us that met our budget and use needs. Not only is the MDX a fantastic luxury SUV it compares more than favorably against other SUV's in it's category in price and features. Dennis Craig and Sean Waldrop were the most professional, respectful selling team I have ever dealt with. More
