From the moment I encountered my time with Paige, over a lingering noise that had started a year ago, I knew I was in good hands. She was warm, welcoming and understanding to my needs. She greeted me with a smile and followed up frequently with an "update" while my the service team was diagnosing the intermittent sound in my engine. She never made me feel rushed and wanted to make sure they did all they could to find the issue. I was offered a rental car for the time I was put out of my vehicle. I was thoroughly impressed with Paige's service that I had brought her a Starbucks Gift Card as a token of my appreciation.
