When I came back the second time, Sean helped me and gave me additional information and helped me sort through some possible 2017's for purchase under the CPO program. I was then introduced to Todd who continued to provide great information and steer me to a desirable vehicle. Nice dealership, everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Best Service Consultant We are on our 4th Acura MDX and my current Service Consultant Connor Thomas Is incredible. He is very knowledgeable and takes care of all my needs. He We are on our 4th Acura MDX and my current Service Consultant Connor Thomas Is incredible. He is very knowledgeable and takes care of all my needs. He can always get me in for service right away if I need a loaner call no problem. He goes beyond the call of GREAT service a few months ago my battery died it was a Friday night leaving work around 6:00 he said bring it in we close at 7:00 but will get you taken care of. I was able to get a jump for my car and when I arrived he was ready with the new battery and he changed it for me, within 10 minutes I was on my way. Once again Kerry made sure the car acquisition process was as quick and painless as possible for me. Thus, it's always a pleasure to work with him. Kerry located and obtained the Acura model with all of the features and options I wanted including exterior and interior colors. He insisted on coming in on his day off to be sure I was getting the car I wanted, even stayed around the dealership while I completed the paper signing so he could show me my new car and be sure I was comfortable taking off with it.
