I fully understand that Covid and the internet have changed how business is conducted but I left very disappointed with the dealership on many levels. First, my "salesperson" was not knowledge about pricing or financing. I don't think she knows how to sell - not trying to be unkind here. She didn't even ask basic questions. In hindsight, the texts I received from her were obviously written by someone else because they differed so much from our conversations. Second, I was quoted a lower price that was changed upward because of "a mistake". Then the taxes were also adjusted upward because of a "mistake". I did finalize on an fair price , received an apology from Sean regarding the tax amount issue and only completed the deal with your dealership because of the amount of time I had already invested and its location. Maybe this is the "new" car buying experience. It certainly wasn't what I expected from a luxury brand. More
