First oil change Courtesy Acura is an excellent dealership. I used the valet service for my Acura's first oil change last week. The valet arrived on time as promised, Courtesy Acura is an excellent dealership. I used the valet service for my Acura's first oil change last week. The valet arrived on time as promised, was very courteous. I was notified when my car arrived at the service department and I told them what services were needed. Once the service was done, I was contacted and the service was reviewed and a return time for the valet was decided upon. Upon receiving the car, it was cleaned inside and out. Even the dash was dusted and floor mats were vacuumed, it looked brand new! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone, everyone I have come in contact with here is truly amazing! More

Very Satisfied with Service I bought a used 2017 Acura at Courtesy Acura and noticed the performance was extremely poor compared to the exact Acura that I had purchased from anot I bought a used 2017 Acura at Courtesy Acura and noticed the performance was extremely poor compared to the exact Acura that I had purchased from another Dealership. Unfortunately the car I previously purchased was totaled 10 days after I purchased it and was forced to buy another vehicle. I was so disappointed because I loved the performance, the smoothness and lack of street noise of the car I had to replace. I was very happy with the Sales Process and was excited that I found a similar car. After I purchased and drove my car off the lot at Acura, I noticed the performance was not as quiet and smooth as I remembered with my first Acura. I discussed my concerns with Vanessa at the Courtesy Acura"s Service department, she and the mechanic told me that the tires were the problem. They told me the rubber was very hard and should be a softer tire. That was very upsetting. I spoke to Chris Sanchez, Sales and he offered to replace the tires with another Acura on the lot. I offered to purchase tires that were recommended by Acura but Chris felt that switching the tires would resolve the problem. When I arrived to exchange the tires, I asked to test drive the car before the replacement tires were mounted. I could not feel a difference, the ride was still very rough and street noise was excessive. Vanessa Harris and Connor Thomas were very understanding and showed compassion for my disappointment. Realizing I was very confused and unhappy, Connor called Chris in Sales and he offered to split the cost for new tires, mounting, balancing and alignment. Although, it was more than I wanted to spend, I am very happy with the difference in performance after mounting the new tires. I appreciated Connor's ingenuity by asking me if I had a picture of the car I totaled. I did and he was able to identify the make and type of tire that gave me such great performance. New tires were purchased and mounted. The three team members that I worked with were very professional and good problem solvers. Thank you for their understanding , professionalism and help to resolve this issue. More

My service advisor was great but the service technicians are not honest. TWICE now, they have claimed to rotate my tires but it wasn’t done. They didn’t vacuum or wipe down the dash and interior either, yet are not honest. TWICE now, they have claimed to rotate my tires but it wasn’t done.
