Competent, professional and courteous service! I've only taken my 2006 MDX to Courtesy Acura for service since the purchase of my vehicle. The little things like pulling right in to a nice covered area for service, being greeted so politely, putting a cold bottled water and chocolate in my car at pick up! I was extremely disappointed with this dealership. I am having to Google and find you tube videos to tell me how to integrate my car. I am sure that there is a way you could do a new car orientation on a having to Google and find you tube videos to tell me how to integrate my car. I am sure that there is a way you could do a new car orientation on a video and have the purchaser watch that before driving off to comply with the social distancing requirements, or give the purchaser a video and have them take it home and watch. I also found it unacceptable to wait about an hour after completing the credit application to meet with the business office person. When I expressed my disappointment he said he"just got the papers." I don't know but I went to hunt down the salesman twice and told him over that hour. The third issue dealt with floor mats. The original offer included them, the second and final didnt and I wasn'ttold this. However, an "I Owe You" form was filed ot and signed by me and the salesman. It was only as I was looking at the car before taking posession of the cat that I found this out. I then paid for them in spite of the completed "I owe You" form. When I asked about this I got some gibberish story about it wasn't included the second time. Then why complete the form? As I said I am very disappointed in this dealership! I would not recommend it! More
