Since that time, and due to my general naivety about cars, I have had multiple random questions related to the vehicle, some I thought Andrew might be able to shed light on. Well, he did more than that. He proactively offered solutions, alternative, and suggestions for even minor questions that were definitely not his responsibility to answer. I purchased a service contract, fearing Jeep’s not-so-hot reputation around Grand Cherokees, and boy was that the right move (despite everyone believing these are often scammy, like tons of insurance). It was the right move because their service team is NEXT-LEVEL (not even because Jeeps will Jeep). My check engine light came on and upon arriving at the dealership I was met by Vanessa, a glowing, smiling, and most helpful individual. She helped me immediately, engaged in memorable conversation, got me checked in quickly, and set clear expectations around next steps. She followed up constantly throughout the day, and when I came to pick up my now-fixed car, she grabbed it and took it through the wash personally. She was also extremely knowledgeable about the work that took place and provided a thorough rundown of the fixes. Aside from the GREAT people at this place, it’s a welcoming environment all around. The waiting area is above and beyond amazing - sporting great wifi, your above average coffee offerings (lattes, macchiatos, etc), soda, sparkling water, things to eat, TVs, and leather seating. To sum: this dealership is the most well-oiled dealership I’ve ever stepped foot in. More
