I am pretty upset, I spent nearly $4000 and recalled that I had a mirror that was installed by your dealership a year or two ago, and it was installed improperly. I asked if you could fix it, and the answer I had a mirror that was installed by your dealership a year or two ago, and it was installed improperly. I asked if you could fix it, and the answer was it would cost several hundred dollars. I am at a factory warranty, but those mirrors were installed by you, excuse me one mirror that is still broken, and you will not even warrantee your own work. I worked with a service assistant who is no longer at your facility, I believe her name was Vanessa, and she knew about the problem after the installation. It would be my expectation that you would have good notes, and therefore should have known that it was installed broken. Essentially, The driver side mirror shakes, and you can look back in your records to see when you installed it. I will not come back, due to the fact that I spent so much money on a used car, and couldn’t even get that problem resolved, even though it was your dealership, or a bad product that is at fault.
