Acura service rocks. I needed a loaner too-no problem-even on a Saturday!!! And wow-I think it even got detailed there. Very clean and nice. My Air Conditioner went out. The first time I brought it in, Courtesy Acura misdiagnosed my problem and charged me $550 for not fixing my air conditioner. So I had to bring it in again and now they wanted in, Courtesy Acura misdiagnosed my problem and charged me $550 for not fixing my air conditioner. So I had to bring it in again and now they wanted me to pay another $650. I complained and the additional charge was reduced to $520. Not happy with the misdiagnosis and the additional charges. More
