We love Courtesy Acura and we love our car. However, we are really tired of getting a different answer each time we ask about our squealing brakes. Jim was such a pleasure to work with from the first time we came in 3 years ago to most recently when we came in to purchase our vehicle. People nice, but process problems. No designated after hours location to drop vehicles towed for service. This is a big problem.
