My second experience with the Acura service center was a disappointment. My vehicle was in for an oil change and to have my windshield replaced. Acura uses third party vendors to perform their windshield disappointment. My vehicle was in for an oil change and to have my windshield replaced. Acura uses third party vendors to perform their windshield activities. The company they used didn't show up and due to using another supplier I had to contact my insurance company to file another claim. I was not informed of this until early afternoon the following day. It was annoying and a waste of time. I had to contact the original supplier and they informed me that no one from Acura called to make an appt. I'm not sure what story is true but Acura should be responsible for managing their supplier, not the client. Otherwise don't tell me you can replace my windshield for me. The windshield and dash were left filthy by the supplier who actually did the work. Another thing that didn't set well with me is instead of dealing with getting my windshield replaced my service rep took the time to call me and try to "sell" me additional services that were not even due on my car. Overall a bad experience. If I hadn't already pre paid for my oil changes, I would likely not return at all unless I had an issue only Acura could do. Lastly, no one apologized for any inconvenience that was caused. More

Great customer service and was quick to get my Acura serviced. Was able to get a loaner, which was very convenient. Price for oil change has increased due to oil shortage issues globally.
