Great service. Service technician is always courteous and helpful. He always checks for factory maintenance information, recalls, etc. and make sure that the car is serviced and ready when promised. I have 2 Acura's currently and at one time had 3. Courtesy is the closest dealer to us. The service department is a nightmare. I call and they never answer the phone. I leave messages for service to schedule a service, they don't call me back. I even called the general number and asked for a manager. They sent me to 'Shaun's' voice mail. I was charged a fee due to the negligence of one of Courtesy's auto techs so not very happy fee should have been waived. Repair was for a recall. Issue was the wait after I returned for pickup. I waited as workers walked by and a few chatted in the service office.
