They allowed me to put a hold on the vehicle until I could make the drive (I live 100 miles away and the weather was bad). When I finally got to the dealer Zach was ready for me and had the MDX ready for the test drive. They were very fair with my trade-in. Purchase process with Zach was exceptional.
