My most recent visit to Courtesy Acura’s service department was another quality service experience. A pothole strike bent an inner tie rod on my 2021 RDX. My service advisor, Mike Wajler (who is highly experienced, knowledgeable and competent), and the tech had my car repaired like new within a couple of days (had to order parts). Great communication from Mike throughout the process. Easy! A few weeks later the car is running straight and true as if nothing had ever happened. Acura corporate mailed me a recall notice regarding the need to replace the fuel pump on my RDX. I called Courtesy and within 5 minutes booked my appointment and arranged for a loaner. On the morning of th need to replace the fuel pump on my RDX. I called Courtesy and within 5 minutes booked my appointment and arranged for a loaner. On the morning of the appointment I was greeted by Michael the service tech, signed a few forms, was handed the key fob for my loaner and off I drove. Though the service took longer than anticipated (most of the day) Michael kept me informed via text so I just went about my day, returning around 4PM to find my RDX serviced, washed and ready to pick up. Michael also helped me w some tech support on my radio. Everything went really well. More

The Service Department always does a great job - they take care of the scheduled work quickly and efficiently.
