I brought my MDX in for one of the services and a recall issue. Jack, my service advisor was fantastic! He was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Courtesy’s service is honest and detailed; we had a squeak in the back and the Service Dept checked the shocks and said they were good and couldn’t Courtesy’s service is honest and detailed; we had a squeak in the back and the Service Dept checked the shocks and said they were good and couldn’t find anything wrong. Vanessa said to check to see if the spare tire was loose and sure enough it was, she tightened the bolt and we haven’t heard any squeaking since. Service could have told us we needed shocks and we would have believed them and had them changed. Travis, Vanessa, and Service thank you for your help and honesty. More
