Great Service/Truthful I took my 2016 Altima for a 15K checkup. The rep Erick Albizures was courteous, professional and engaging from the moment I walked in. Erick went over I took my 2016 Altima for a 15K checkup. The rep Erick Albizures was courteous, professional and engaging from the moment I walked in. Erick went over what was to be covered under the 15K checkup. Erick quoted me about an hour for the service, it was only about 45 min. When my vehicle was ready Erick went over all that was completed (it did need new filters which were added) and indicated that all levels of fluid were filled and tire thread was still within the norm. Every time I come to Continental Nissan I'm treated extremely well. Shout out to "CHUCK" as he saw that I had Marine license plates, gave me a shout "Semper Fi Devil Dog" which I really appreciated. He does this every time he sees me come in. GREAT STAFF! More

Another Wonderful Experience! I purchased my 2005 Altima (used) from Continental 7-8 years ago and they have kept the car in great running order for me since then. Yesterday's experience was typical of all of my servicing visits. The work is always very competently completed, the people at the desk and in the shop always explain thoroughly and thoughtfully what needs to be done, answer all of my questions, and the costs of service are competitive. Yesterday, in particular, without my asking, the service department applied $88 in rewards benefits to my bill.
