The service was completed much more quickly than last time - probably because I opted to wait rather than drop off. Don't appreciate the hard sell of $700 more dollars of work when I just came in for an oil change/tire rotation. Location is convenient to home, but there is a Nissan dealership close to work that I might check out. More

The service department always takes good care of me. BJ Diloy is great, and the Service Manager (forgot his name) immediately came out to greet me when I pulled my car up.
