I came to the dealership not knowing what was going on with my car, just worried it would be expensive and a full day assessment. Chuck continuously checked on me, and made sure to got the updates I needed as I waited. I felt taken care of throughout my visit. I highly recommend working with Chuck or Barry for a you car needs! Countryside Nissan, I took my Murano for a regular oil change git the worst service. I will never take my car there again. Well I think thats a him problem or the dealer not mine. They took my car and did the oil change and tire rotation in 30min or less. They didn't change the reminder to bring it back. They didn't update the memory on the system dial. I took my car to a local mechanic because I heard a noise and I was told 2 wheel nuts were tied and 3 he was able to remove with his finger. So he checked the other 3 wheel and the same. I called and spoke to a manager and he was so rude. Oh no that not us we wouldn't have done that, come on please. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO FN YOUR CAR. More

I have had my Nissan for 4 months and had an issue with RPMs jumping and took it in. They did their research and found a bulletin (not sure I'm wording this correctly) to update the software for my transm RPMs jumping and took it in. I’ve been left to fend for myself as my leased vehicle(under warranty) continues to fail and the service department claims they can’t replicate or diagnose the issue. I have brought my car in 7 ti vehicle(under warranty) continues to fail and the service department claims they can’t replicate or diagnose the issue. I have brought my car in 7 times in the last 6 weeks and have shown them videos of my car failing to start but the service manager Rich, and his team continue to gaslight me and tell me that nothing is wrong with my car. This situation has caused me extreme emotional distress as my car randomly fails to start; whenever I go anywhere I am running the risk of not being able to get home. It sounds like a design flaw that they have no incentive to fix, but they must take that up with the manufacturer, not the paying customer. No one at this dealership has made any efforts to remedy this situation for me and I am contracted to pay for a defective car every month. This is truly a nightmare. I would not advise anyone to do business with this deceptive dealer. More
