We appreciate your business, 'rogue owner' and we are pleased we could get you in and out in the time expected. We're sorry you are not a fan of our team's music and honestly sports play in the lounge because they generally appeal to most (not all). New stations and talk shows have become too polarizing. Regarding the work recommendations, they are simply recommendations based on either the manufacturer prescribed maintenance or an issue one of our technicians observed. Not knowing your identity we cannot look up the repair order for a more detailed description. If it was a safety concern our team will generally make sure you understand it is important out of concern. We're sorry you are unhappy. We hope to see you again but if you choose to go elsewhere we appreciate your choice.
