Used to be a pretty classy place place. I've been going there for ~19 years. I"ve been told it's under "New Management". I told that employee "I understand. Say no more." 1. I did not appreciate learning that this dealership no longer performs interior/exterior Detailing Services. 2. The Service folks missed a maintenace requirement "I believe related to the main timing belt. 3. I was given a rental car with no I-pass transponder. Was not asked/told this fact. 4. The variety of New vehicals on display in the showroom was pathetic and the Saleman that walked me around new precious little about the ones you DID have on display. I travel ~30 miles out of my way specifically to come to THIS dealership. Now that it has gone downhill I won't go out of my way going forward. I can get BLAH anywhere. More
