Look! I get it , everything is high cost wise, however, when you have a ride one has to roll with the punches. I had no idea that the maintenance checkup w I get it , everything is high cost wise, however, when you have a ride one has to roll with the punches. I had no idea that the maintenance checkup would cost over S1000.00. I know that I needed new tires and I was on a tight budget, however, with old man winter coming I couldn't put it off any longer. BJ kept me posted on what was going on with my SUV. He was also the one who recommended me to get a new set of tires. I tried to put it off, however, he went out of his way to give me the best cost on a new set. I couldn't say "NO". I wasn't too pleased with the total cost which included the 30,000 mile maintenance check and a new set of tires, but guess what, " my SUV runs a nice more smoother !". Thanks BJ More

Service was done in a reasonable time frame, BJ kept the price affordable. My last visit I had the other tie rod replaced. If possible, I would like to have the same technician work on my vehicle. I called to schedule an appointment on Saturday 12/21/24 at 9am. I was told there were no available appointments for this day. The woman who answered the phone proceeded to offer me an appointment for the n at 9am. I was told there were no available appointments for this day. The woman who answered the phone proceeded to offer me an appointment for the next business day. I declined. Five minutes later I decided to check online for an appointment. To my surprise there were multiple same day appointments available. Poor customer service satisfaction . I guess she wanted an easy day. More
