I'd worked with Jay Ward when I initially leased my car, and when I came back to buy, Jay had me work out the paperwork with Dick Barker. Dick was so fun and nice and kept me laughing and entertained as we filled out paperwork, and made sure that I had snacks and water during the long process. Dick was also fantastic in helping me clean up my mistakes - I had recently move and didn't quite have my new address memorized yet, so I accidentally gave him the wrong address. When I figured it out, Dick called me and cleared things up right away and made sure my additional paperwork reached me. He also found the customer service number for my lender so that I didn't have to search for it! More

After taking my car to a local "auto shop" causing my car to go from BAD to WORSE; I made the best decision by taking my car to Continental Nissan. I had so much work done on my car. It varied from minor to MAJOR repairs. I am thankful for service team members PAUL RILOVA and DAVE BRONGIEL. They made me feel confident the work performed on my car at Continental Nissan would be of Nissans highest standards. In addition, they were accommodating with transportation during all of my visits. Chauffeur Tim really was ALWAYS pleasant and very charismatic. Thanks to them I will NEVER take my Maxima anywhere else for repairs. Not only were they HELPFUL but, also personable. THANK YOU for EVERYTHING! "The Packer Fan" :-) More

Once I did give the okay to do the work, it seems they rushed the job upon completion the car was dripping oil because the under carriage was not properly cleaned. I had the car serviced on Saturday and returned it the following Wednesday night for them to recheck the leak. Did not hear from them at all on Thursday and I had to call 4 different times on Friday and was promised a return call to never receive one. I finally call the General Manager and Mike Connolly and had to get him involved he stated that Linda the Service Manager would contact me within 10 minutes after 15 minutes I had to call Mike back. They had my car Wednesday night and all day Thursday and at 1:00 pm on Friday they still had not looked at it. After they finally looked at it was determined that the leak had been fixed but the under carriage rails had not been cleaned off. So I was without my car for 3 days I find this totally unacceptable. Linda asked what she could do for me I felt that an adjustment in the labor charged under the original repair was in order but she said she could not do that but would have my car washed for me. Not a big deal since part of purchasing a car from this dealership is free car washes. I guess not having use of my car for three days not to mention the oil I had to clean up off of my newly paved driveway should not be anything that I should be upset about after all I did get my free car wash. So much for the 100% satisfaction guarantee. To add to the insult to all of this I needed to pick the car up by 6:00 pm because they close earlier on Friday night, I asked if they could leave the keys with the new car cashier and Linda stated that she could not. She did offer to have my car dropped off which was nice but even screwed that up. She state the drivers were on the way so I had my wife go to the house to be there when the car was dropped off two and half hours later they dropped it off the dealership is mere 20 - 30 minutes away. It just so happened that when this was going on that we were car shopping for a new car for my wife given our current state of service or lack there of we did not even consider this dealership or Nissan, we purchased a car from a Acura dealership. I will not be bringing my car back here for service and will make sure to let other know of the lack of customer service this dealership has. More
Excellent team - made a hard decision much easier. My husband and I did our research well before shopping around for cars. We'd had the same old Toyota Camry for 12 years, and wanted to make our next car purchase a well thought-out one. Since we hadn't been in the practice of buying a new car for so long, we took our time and visited about a dozen different dealerships, over the course of a year, test drove many different brands and models. We also did our research via Consumer Reports and online articles. We eventually narrowed our choices down to either a Toyota Camry, a Mazda 6 or a Nissan Altima. We had also considered the Honda Accord, but the service was so terrible at the Honda Dealership (indifferent, almost non-existent), we gave up looking at Hondas! The choice soon became clear, not only because of the excellence of the Nissan Altima itself, but also thanks to the friendliness and helpfulness of the Nissan Dealership staff. We started off working with Bo Cvetkovski, who helped us test drive a couple different models. He was very friendly and helpful. A week later, we came back and, since Bo was off that day, Dick (don't know his last name) helped us test drive another model. Dick was also very friendly and helpful. However it was Bo who did the research for us. We had given him our list of preferred features, and he kept in touch with us via phone. We were willing to wait several more weeks or months to find the right car. Within a week, Bo helped us track down a 1-year old model that fit our requirements exactly. When we came in to see it and test drive it, Bo was off that day, but we were then helped by Matt Klein. After we were satisfied that this was the car we wanted, Matt sat down and negotiated the sale for us. He was also very friendly, helpful, and remarkably patient, considering it was way past 10pm by this time! I have to say, the negotiation process was also facilitated by the manager, Mike Connolly, who was instrumental in finalizing our deal. He and Matt worked with us to procure an excellent deal. Even after making the decision, we felt that the finance process was made relatively pleasant by Jay Ward in Finance, who was also very friendly. I was quite impressed by the whole team! We are very pleased with the car (have had it a few weeks now) and feel very satisfied that we got the best deal and had a pleasant experience. More

Needless to say, Two months after buying a used Nissan Sentra, the car was diagnosed with a bad timing chain. The cost of this repair was very costly. Needless to say, I was extremely upset by this. I contacted my salesman Matt Klein and relayed to him how unhappy I was by this turn of events. Though I was irate and rude to him over the phone, He was very calm and polite and assured me he would do everything he could to make me happy and resolve this matter. To my surprise, he contacted me back the next day and offered me a hugely discounted price on the cost of the repair. They were under no obligation to do so. I'm extremely grateful that Continental Nissan and their staff went beyond the call of duty to remedy my situation. Thank You Matt Klein and all parties involved. You guys are truly dedicated to customer satisfaction. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new or used car. Great Job Guys! More

It was a completely different story, Konrad was very reasonable, nice, and had a sense of humor... the kind of salesman you want to be dealing with when buying a car. I highly recommend going there and talking to Konrad! More
