Terry Lowy was the first of the sales team we met. He was very knowledgeable and informative, never pushy or aggressive. Sort of like the old TV cop: "just the facts, sir." He explained the details of a prospective deal and extended a strong initial offer. A very credible fellow. Chuck Ippolito closed our deal when Terry was with another customer, and Chuck was also fantastic, and for many of the same reasons as Terry Lowy. The finance guys were all business and no BS. The whole experience at Continental was as much of a pleasure as buying a new car can be. More
