Great deal and great service Was in need of a new vehicle quickly and although they didn't have what I wanted on the lot that day, they never pressured me to buy something I wasn' Was in need of a new vehicle quickly and although they didn't have what I wanted on the lot that day, they never pressured me to buy something I wasn't completely happy with. Within a day or two of my initial visit, the salesman called with something that fit what I was looking for and after a test drive I was ready to make a deal. I was also concerned about getting decent financing, well that was made simple when the finance director (Nick) processed my application. The interest rate and payments were much better than I expected. I never look forward to buying new cars, but these guys made it simple, I couldn't be happier. More

Second time we have not bought a car from Continental The culture of this dealership is very pushy and disrespectful to clients. My husband and I came in wanting to look at the top model and package for The culture of this dealership is very pushy and disrespectful to clients. My husband and I came in wanting to look at the top model and package for the Nissan Rogue and we were treated very rudely. When asking questions about the car the salesman would respond with quips about how it would look good in my driveway instead of answering our legitimate questions about the car. Was pushy and rude to my husband and did not bring us the car we wanted to test drive. Two years ago we did not purchase a car from Continental for the same reason, pushy, rude salesmen that were not helpful. I wanted to buy this car from them because it is closer to my house, but instead made the trek to Oak Lawn dealer to purchase the car I wanted so we did not have to deal with this salesman any longer. I did purchase the Rogue from them without incident and was treated respectfully and in a dignified manner. Not sure what kind of culture is allowed at the Continental dealership, but they have lost two sales from us over the last two years because of it. Not looking forward to getting service done here either and may be driving further to be treated kindly if it doesn't work out. More
