Run do not walk from this dealership. For all the customer-centered narratives, these folks are clueless. I have been told that a part was shipped, not shipped, coming today, someone will call you ba customer-centered narratives, these folks are clueless. I have been told that a part was shipped, not shipped, coming today, someone will call you back today. Sadly, it was all rubbish. The most disappointing car buying experience. Including no response from the salesman although I reached out to him. Guess once the five star review was in, he was done with me and the car he sold me. An eighth of a star for you Mr. McHugh and you will need to share that meager amount with the service department. A most disappointing experience all around with no resolution in sight. Unspeakably outraged. More
