Four years ago my fiancée needed a new car due to her driving distance. She was just starting to build credit. Scott at CH was very understanding and got her the best deal. After a bit the van I was driving was just too expensive and I thought I'd try to get a gas sipper instead of a gasaholic. I'd seen the Hyundai Veloster in commercials, and drove the xxxx out of one in Forza 4, I wanted one. We went to Country Hyundai again. I had ZERO credit, but the CH team made it happen for me and I got my "sexy" little car with all the bells and whistles. When it comes time for any service we only do it with Country Hyundai's Service Department. They honestly go way out of their way to take care of us. During one visit to get oil changes (we always do them in tandem) we met Marcus, a young energetic salesman with an amazingly outgoing personality. Needless to say by the end of that oil change my fiancée was driving away in a new car. Again he and Country Hyundai's finance team got us a great deal on an Elantra Limited. A few oil changes later I cornered Marcus and asked him about the rumored Hyundai Veloster Turbo Rally Edition. He had not gotten word on the car's sales date or numbers, but would keep me updated. We sent a friend to Marcus to buy a car and my fiancées mother. It was oil change time and Marcus told me he finally got all the specs for the car I wanted (every time I came in for an oil change Marcus would update me) the car was coming in any day and when it did he took pictures and emailed them to my fiancée. We immediately went down to get the car, sadly it didn't work numbers wise (the payment would have been huge no matter what they tried) I understood and let it go. Two days later my fiancée passed the car driving through town. I was bummed, sure, but I still had my Veloster that looks brand new. Oil change time and Marcus comes over to say hello to my kids as he always does, greeted both Carolyn and I warmly and started to apologize about the car (See there are only 2,000 Rally Editions being made, so getting another one would be extremely difficult if not impossible.) I told him it was OK and I was grateful CH tried so hard to get me the car. We sat and waited for the oil changes to be over when Marcus called Carolyn and I over. He said he had gotten news of a second Rally Edition coming in and with all the incentives and things I don't understand, they could get me in the Rally Edition for the same exact payments! I pounced on the deal like a fat kid on cake. Last Friday we signed the paperwork and the car is mine. Now Im just getting a lesson in patience (which I could really use honestly) The car is due in shortly and I'm waiting as patiently as possible. I know this is a long review, but I don't just give out high rankings because someone was "nice" ALL of Country Hyundai is AMAZING. If I knew all their names I thank each one by name here because they worked so xxxx hard to make this deal happen and I'm so very happy and excited. I owe Marcus the biggest "Thank You" for staying on top of everything and having a big hand in bringing the deal home. I don't know if anyone at Hyundai reads these, but if they do, I hope they know Country Hyundai has the absolute best staff bar none! More
