My wife and I were not really in the market for a new vehicle when we visited Country Hyundai. We were just looking and curious about the Hyundai Santa Fe as a replacement vehicle when one of our current vehicle when we visited Country Hyundai. We were just looking and curious about the Hyundai Santa Fe as a replacement vehicle when one of our current leases ends next year. We found the experience at Country so pleasant and our sales person Robin was pleasant,professional and very knowledgeable. Although the dealership is 24 miles away from our home and there were other Hyundai Delerships closer We felt that the attention and care We received as a customer far outweighed any inconvenience of the location. Robin, whom We worked with was excellent in all aspects of our experience,from the test drive thru the negociation process and finishing with the purchase. At no point was there any pressure or smoke screens used to pressure us into buying a car. Robin's assistance did not end when the sale was completed. He is there long afterwards even when he is sure that the customer is happy. There were several glitches that occured in the transfer process of my vetran plates from my previous lease agency to Hyundai's. This did not deter Robin as he was there constantly battling until my vetran plates were on my new 2011 Santa Fe. We were even given tempoary plates during this process so We would be able to drive our new car. Mike our general sales manager was very thorough in explaining everything available to us and going thru and signing all the paperwork nececessary to finalize the transaction. My wife and I would definitely recommend Country Hyundai and all their support personell to anyone looking for a new vehicle. It was such a wonderfull experience we are already talking about our next purchase when our current lease expires in 36 months. More

On March 26th my wife and I went to Country Hyundai in Greenfield Massachusetts looking to buy two brand new 2011 Hyundai Elantra and a Elantra Touring. From the moment we arrived at the dealer,the attentions we received from the dealer were exceptional. We got welcomed into the dealer. We got offered a nice cup of cofee,and our sales consultant (Scott Peters)started to look for the two cars that we were looking for. Paying attention to are needs. We test drove the cars, we came back to the dealer, to negociate the prices of the cars. Which at no point the dealer tried to apply pressure to buy the cars. The price that they offered was by far the best price compared to the other Hyundai dealers in the area. By an average of 1000 dollars to 2000 dollars less, with that said they beat anyone elses price making the perfect purchase for us. I will recommend this dealer to anyone that is in the market to purchase a car, their attention to detail and their warm welcome makes it the perfect place to shop. We explained we were there in response to an ad recived in the mail and were not really looking for a car but would like more info on the flyer. Scott asked a few questions and told us he would be right back when returnedhe a 3 or 4 sets of keys in his hand he asked we follow him out onto the lot he then showed us the cars, we fell in love the the 09 Hyundai Accent so we went back to she showroom where we were interduced to the Fiance Guy "Lee" he was so helpful and he was able to perform some magic (as out credit could be better) Lee was able to get us into the car for quite a bit less than we were paying for the car we owned. Scott was wonderful he went over all the details and features a couple of times making sure we understood all the controls. We were so pleased with our Hyundai that 2 days later we returned with our daughter and helped her buy a Nissian Vibe, Aagain Scott and Lee were so helpful and did everything they could to make numbers work for us. We were looking to replace my Hyundai Accent with another one or an equivelant inexpensive economy car. It took several days and many other places of looking to decide that the new Accent was really the best way to go. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and tried to make the experience as quick and painless as possible, once we got over the initial problem of staying within our budget. Everything went quickly and smoothly after that. They were very kind in working with me when I got a sudden migrane to make sure that I was able to take my new car home with me. I strongly recommend this dealer we had a lot of laughs and generaly a good time buying the car. Got somewhat disorganized at times but that was mostly because we seemed to be there at the same time other people were shopping, and wanting attention also. They tried their best to accommodate everyone and this could have appeared that they didn't care but it was just the opposite. It is just that they care so much for your business and get overloaded trying to do everything right. Over all this was the best and easiest time I have ever had buying a car. PS. And they were still the same after the deal was done. I strongly recommend Mike Garcia for a sales man he is young and still learning but will do his best for you. More

Although the dealership is nearly 30 minutes away from my home, I felt that the attention and care I received as a customer--as well as finding the perfect car for me--far outweighed any convenience of location. Ashley, the sales rep I worked with, was both pleasant and professional. Since this was my first experience with buying a new car, I was relieved that she was able to make the process so smooth and enjoyable. All of the other associates I met were also very friendly and made me feel welcome (Lee, Mike, Robin, and the guys in Service). I definitely recommend Country Hyundai to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

There was a little frustration because Ashley had a family emergency, so Mike stepped in. They are the best. I left a little confused but the next day had a call from the manager and he explained what happened. They made everything perfect. he even offered to come to my place of work and take care of everything here. I couldn't have asked for more personal service then that. They are putting me in a great SE Sonata, and offered me very, very fair value for my trade. I would recomend this Dealership over any other I've been to. Hey I drove 60 miles to get there because of there reputation and I live right near Herb Chambers. You owe it to yourself to stop here last if you are going to buy a Hyundia. I take these posts very seriously and would note rate a dealership like this if I were not happy. I can't give them 5 for everything because nobodies that good, but they don't have 4.9. Made everything easy on us. The salesperson called and checked a few days later to be sure we were happy and we were and still are. Service deparetment has also been very quick and fast no long waits. We would recommend this dealership to others and have. With the snow we have had this year the Sonata has driven thru it all without a problem. More
