I picked up the vehicle on a very busy day, so I spent more time waiting than expected to pick up my vehicle (arrived for a 3pm appointment and was there until around 5pm). My salesman didn't have as much time for me as expected, so nobody showed me the features of the car before I left. I did appreciate, however, the courtesy ride back to the dealership after I dropped off my rental down the street. I am overall very happy with my first car purchase. More
