This is a follow up to my review of Chris Schultz. If I could give Chris 10 stars I would. After purchasing my new Ioniq, I had lots of questions about the finance agreement and VT taxes and had lost some could give Chris 10 stars I would. After purchasing my new Ioniq, I had lots of questions about the finance agreement and VT taxes and had lost some sleep over mistakes I'd made. He was so kind and patient explaining everything in a clear way and realized I was missing an important form that clarified everything to my satisfaction. He is not like any other finance guy I've ever met. My only problem with the dealership was that they don't seem to have enough sales people for the end of the month volume. All salespeople seem to be dealing with two people at once. I waited a long time for them to get my car ready and to see the sales manager but there's a nice waiting room and everyone was super kind and friendly. Would be great to see some female salespeople too. More

I would also like to recognize Christopher Schultz who was not there the day we purchased this vehicle but was part of the sales teams on previous cars we purchased and did step up and help me a week later to apply for a rebate for an add on that we had purchased last time. Finally I would also like to thank Jasmine Carmenatty for setting up everything for us and helping us with any questions we had. She was pleasant and personable and knowledgeable. I knew nothing about Country and drove down from Vermont to check out an Ioniq hybrid. Bill did a great job of making it work for me and was very easy going about all my questions and concerns. Chris was exceptional in understanding a dilemma I had and adjusting the agreement to my satisfaction. Jasmine was kind and thoughtful, very patient with internet and connectivity issues. I did have to wait a while for my car to be readied but I think that is because Bill didn't know i was coming back in the morning. Not a problem. Had the service area to myself and lots of good coffee. Would definitely recommend and happy to hear they are supporters of the local non-profits. That's a bonus for me. More
