This month we traded our 2010 Santa Fe for a 2012 Santa Fe because they offered us a deal we couldn't refuse. Lee in finance was very efficient in getting all the necessary paper work together and filled out in a timely fashion. Also, we wanted an optional item added to the car and Tom in service, whom we've dealt with on a regular basis for service on our previous car, took the time to install the item the same day we picked up the car so we didn't have to make a special trip back. (We don't live in Greenfield) We are very happy with the friendly atmosphere and people whom we have dealt with at this dealership and highly recommend them. More

We put a deposit on a car and then, after looking on the internet, realized it wasn't a good deal. The salesman never told us about a rebate of $500 that was available on the car. They also made it seem like they gave us a great deal on a trade-in, but it was actually all of the usual negotiating room. Also, the dealership would not allow us to take information about the extended warranties to consider when we had the time to review it. The day after put the deposit down we informed the dealership that we were not going to go through with it. We were told that we could go pick up the deposit money ($2000) any day Monday through Friday between certain hours. When we went to pick up the check they told us we could not get the money then because not sure if check cleared. Why would they even deposit the check if I told them we were not going through with the deal the very next day? Three weeks later they were still claiming they could not check with their own bank to see if the check went through. If and when we "prove" the check has gone through, they refuse to mail the check to us. They want us to go drive to the dealership, which we already have done once, to pick up the check. The dealership is an hour away. I caution anyone who is dealing with this dealership. They are unscrupulous and looking for any reason to not refund the deposit. More
Robin went the extra mile - actually took the Sonata Hybrid off the showroom floor and let us test drive it!!!! I have never seen that done, ever. After the way they treated my elderly mother, Country Hyundai deserves less than one star! Not only did they sell her a VERY overpriced used car which was poorly suited to her needs on a day when she was Hyundai deserves less than one star! Not only did they sell her a VERY overpriced used car which was poorly suited to her needs on a day when she was clearly depressed and confused, but they did not tell her that it had been in a collision. My mother had known right away that she had been overcharged for the car, but she was embarrassed and viewed it as her own mistake for being too trusting, and she didn't want to talk about it for a long time. At the time of the sale, Country Hyundai had represented it as a late model car in excellent condition, but other mechanics later informed her about the underlying damage. Not only were the quality of repairs very poor, there was a whole panel missing inside one of the wheel wells! Recently, when other mechanics detailed the extent of the damage and missing parts, my mother asked me to bring her to Country Hyundai to ask if they would supply some of the parts that should have come with the car at the time of purchase. They gave her the "you should have come to us sooner" line, knowing how inviting that is when they had already burned her once. Not only did they refuse to provide a $69 panel and some clips that should have come with the vehicle in the first place (I would guess they made about $2000-$5000 on the sale) but General Sales Manager William Mooney pointed to unrelated scratches on the corners of the bumper and tried to blame my mother! So don't believe their claims that they will address your concerns -- if you appear elderly or vulnerable, Country Hyundai will take every advantage. More
Ashley was teriffic! She took a great deal of information over the phone so that after the test drive, the paperwork was a breeze. We were extremely pleased with the price we got. You dont feel like you are being hounded and they never pressure you to buy something you really dont want. They work with what you can afford and are very good about staying in your limits.
