I came from Keene NH under the assumption that I was preapproved, and they were ready to make a deal . Marcus was the one who told me to come down. I ended up sitting there for 2 hours for nothing , then driving all the way home . I heard nothing from them, so I called them after 2 weeks just to be told how hard they were working for me, & Marcus would call me the next day .A week later Liz, who is great by the way , called asking if I was still looking for a car . I told her the whole story ,& she had Marcus finally call me- just to tell me they couldn't help me .... Well , I just bought a 2011 Sonata from Hyundai of Keene, no cosigner, no $ down . Maybe before you have a single mother drive all that way out of her pocket , you'll get your stuff together . Ill never use or recommend this dealership . More
I could not say enough good things about our experience at Country Hyundai with Tim Smith!! We had been to another Hyundai dealership and were VERY dissatisfied there. Tim was wonderful from the minute I called inquiring about a used vehicle I had seen online, to the moment we drove away from the dealership in a brand new Hundai Elantra!Tim is everything you could ask for in a salesman. He has a kind mannerism, is not pushy, listens to what you want, and seems to honestly want to make the customer happy:) On top of that, he is knowledgable about the vehicles. He was able to answer all of our questions. I would not hesitate to go back to Country Hyundai. I am happy to hear they are moving to NorthHampton, since it will be much closer to where I live. Thank you Tim for helping my daughter purchase her first new car. She will always remember you. You made buying a car an enjoyable experience for her! More
This dealership and the sales people are only interested in making money, no interest in customer service. Once they have your money good luck. I unfortunately purchased a vehicle from this business, complying with all of their requests, asked specifically if they needed the deposit before processing any registration paperwork and was told outright that aside from contacting my insurance agent, to bring the check with me at the end of the following day when picking up my vehicle. Unfortunately for me, this was completely untrue. I arrived at the agreed upon time the next evening to find out that not only had they not registered my vehicle, but no one on the premise was able to finish my paperwork, leaving me without a car due to my following their instructions and cancelling my insurance, registration, and license plates. I had been assured by Scott, eager to leave for his vacation, that everything would be taken care of, and it would be an easy and quick transition. The car wasn't even fully prepped for me to take home, which they acknowledged after I brought it to their attention. After voicing my frustration with their lack of professionalism, leaving me without a way to get to work on time the following morning, and requesting some type of customer service reimbursement for their error I was told that they are unable to do that. Multiple other dealerships I have purchased vehicles with have always been willing to offer complimentary services as compensation for their errors. Country Hyundai seems to feel that inconveniencing customers, interfering with work schedules, and frankly poor communication skills warrants nothing. Interestingly enough when I arrived first thing the following morning to pick up my car, they had my vehicle registered and were putting the plates on despite not yet having received our check, the very thing they claimed prevented them from completing the registration the day earlier. We had to remind them that they still were not in possession of our payment, they were completely oblivious. I am very disappointed and after such a poor first experience will never come here again, or recommend it. UPDATE: I explicitly told Sales Manager Mike Paquette to have someone from this awful business to contact me to discuss this further. Unfortunately, over a week later NO ONE has contacted me, despite having both family cell phone numbers and my email address. The only response has been on this website, requesting that I contact them to talk about it. What professional, well run business would ever ask a very dissatisfied customer to contact them, instead of taking the initiative and reaching out to try to rectify the problem or at least apologize for being completely incompetent. More

Daniel provided us with a professional, straightforward, and relaxed sales approach, was exceptionally thorough and comprehensive in his description and explanation of the vehicle, and was extremely responsive to our questions and requests without applying any undue pressure. Country Hyundai was our preferred dealership choice in buying our Elantra because of the comfortable and uncomplicated personal attitudes of the staff, their willingness to work with us in negotiating a satisfactory price, and their convenient location. We highly recommend this dealership and would be most willing to buy from them again in the future if the need should arise. More

He heard my needs, wants and he showed that he wanted to help and get me the best de service/salesman I've ever come in contact with. Scott listened! He heard my needs, wants and he showed that he wanted to help and get me the best deal that I could get. I was also impressed that he remembered our names. He had my name on paper, but he remembered my wife's name which I thought was impressive. He went above and beyond his job today (3/26/13) by picking my car up at work in Shelburne Falls, and brought it back to the dealership to get the detail and car starter installed. When returning it, he stopped and had the inspection done. Something that an ordinary salesman wouldn't do. I had an excellent experience at Country Hyundai and I've already been talking highly of them and Scott! Thank you. Kim More
Actually was looking for a used car but ended up with a lease, that we co-signed with our daughter.
