I worked with Matt before the car arrived at the dealership. I had another, almost exact, car with the same miles for $3,000 less, just a year older. The entire process from the test drive to driving away was flawless and quick. Tom in finance was very informative and I felt no pressure at any point in the process. Fabulous buying experience! I was apprehensive to buy a vehicle from a dealer located an hour from Minneapolis. Wow - did I make a great choice. I drove out west to look at a vehicle they had on their site after chatting with Matt R. They took a look at my trade condition and gave me a fair number for a Tahoe and my trade. A couple days later they drove my Tahoe to my house in Minneapolis and exchanged it for my used vehicle - talk about solid service! Matt took an hour and showed my wife all the features, connected her to the car through her phone, etc. He went above and beyond what would expect from a dealer!
