took my pontiac montana in for routine service(lube oil and filter)the service tech incorrectly jacked up the van,kinking and caving in the left and right rocker panels,and doing some underbody damage.when and filter)the service tech incorrectly jacked up the van,kinking and caving in the left and right rocker panels,and doing some underbody damage.when i picked the van,no one at the dealership mentioned the damage.after i discovered the damages,i returned to the dealership,to resolve the problem.country chevrolet's service manager viewed the damage,said my van,a 2003, was basically old and worthless,offered me 500.00 dollars to live with the damages,and never bothered to apologize for the damage that was done,and never explained why they did'nt bother to tell what had happened.i have owned this van since 2003,kept it serviced,just replaced the brakes,just put on 650.00 dollars in new tires,it runs great.wanted to get it fixed,but 500.00 dollars won't cover the 4051.00 dollars damage the service tech did.they refused to repair the damages they caused,refused to replace the van,said i could just live with the damages.remember, to inspect your vehicle,if country chevrolet,does any service work for you,or you could end up with the same problem i have.better yet,try another dealer,maybe you might find an honest one.
