The salesperson that helped us, Derrick Gowan, was very helpful over the course of a couple weeks of looking for a truck. He knew we’d been interested in the one we ultimately got, so when we went to test helpful over the course of a couple weeks of looking for a truck. Not to pressure us, but to let us know. Test drove the truck to Kettle Falls and back- with our Husky, even! There were a couple of issues (ERG valve and the A/C blender door), and an appropriate amount was knocked off the purchase price, so that we could address those issues. We did get the truck, and Tom, who wrote up all the contract was very professional. Overall, it was a long, but pleasant, experience. More
