Once things were wrapped up my husband left in our other car in a rush to get to work and didn't realize he had the keys to the new vehicle as well. My kids and I were stuck there waiting for my husband to notice what had happened and the manager offered to get us a ride home which was above and beyond. Once I said he would return soon so that wasn't needed he gave us a lunch voucher from a restaurant across the street so we could wait there, which was much appreciated. Awesome customer care! More
