Bought a used Car with 40k miles, w/ a warranty the dealer will not honor now. I have filed a BBB claim and have opened a claim with GM as well. David Pool should be fired, James in service is a great to deal with but it seems this dealer does not care about the customer once they get their money. Horrible business practices. I bought a 70k car and now they are worried the $560 bill will bankrupt them. BUYER BEWARE More

I reached out to this dealership to buy a 2023 AT4 and provided all of the information needed to make the deal happen and my motivation to get it done ASAP. Tim and I exchanged emails back and forth but h provided all of the information needed to make the deal happen and my motivation to get it done ASAP. Tim and I exchanged emails back and forth but he decided to ghost me Wednesday afternoon and then sold the truck that evening without any notification. He chose to stop replying to me when he knew my motivation and ability to purchase the truck. The only reason I found out the truck was sold Wednesday night is because I asked him for an update today after not hearing from him for the past 36 hours. Horrible customer service on his part. He chose to completely destroy a customer relationship and ghost someone. Very unprofessional and I am shocked that sales staff still act this way. More
Country GMC of Leesburg's service department is one of a kind. You are treated like family from the moment you arrive until you leave with your vehicle. Even the service manager makes it a point to speak or wave. Tracie at the service desk handles all questions and any issues that may arise promptly and thoroughly. Roy, one of the service technicians is outstanding. If an unexpected issue appears he will explain to you in person what he found if you want to speak to the individual working on your vehicle. I always refer this service department when asked where I have my vehicles worked on. Top notch! More
