I reached out to this dealership to buy a 2023 AT4 and provided all of the information needed to make the deal happen and my motivation to get it done ASAP. Tim and I exchanged emails back and forth but he decided to ghost me Wednesday afternoon and then sold the truck that evening without any notification. He chose to stop replying to me when he knew my motivation and ability to purchase the truck. The only reason I found out the truck was sold Wednesday night is because I asked him for an update today after not hearing from him for the past 36 hours. Horrible customer service on his part. He chose to completely destroy a customer relationship and ghost someone. Very unprofessional and I am shocked that sales staff still act this way. More

Roy, one of the service technicians is outstanding. If an unexpected issue appears he will explain to you in person what he found if you want to speak to the individual working on your vehicle.
