Most honest dealership in arizona!!!! Took my pathfinder in for oil change at 35k miles, one of the engine mounts was bad, my warranty expires at 36k miles. They could of easily looked other way and when i would of came back in at 40k miles brought it to my attention which i would then have to pay out of pocket. Very professional and most honesty i have seen in a dealership in my life! Treat you like family! More
Parts department I purchased my Cube from a dealership and continued to have all service and repair work from Coulter Nissan. My mirror fell off and I went to the par I purchased my Cube from a dealership and continued to have all service and repair work from Coulter Nissan. My mirror fell off and I went to the parts department to get the attachment for my mirror. They told me I had to purchase the entire mirror for $170. I could not get the attachment part. I asked my service advisor how much it would cost to have Coulter replace it. He said $165. I then went to the parts department and told them what the service department said and they said I could get the plastic replacement part for $70. I then went back to the service department and they asked the mechanic how much the part would cost and he said $35. I left because of the confusion of prices. I then called another Nissan deaker’s parts department and they said yes I could get the part. It was in stock and it was $18. Because of this response it made me question the cost I have been paying for repair and service. I do not recommend, not will I purchase from Coulter. More
Tool for removing locking lug not found in car 1st call to Dealer was on a Sunday and was told where to look for tool (not found in car)! 2nd call to Dealer concerning Tool was not handled well. All the service advisors I’ve dealt with (Pedro, Andrew, and Angelo) have been nothing but awesome! And the techs, the ones doing all the dirty work, don’t get enough recognition. Joey has been the only one I’ve briefly met, and he was very polite. More

Bad service Worst experience with their service department. They can not fix our vehicles and was told to somewhere else. Excellent experience! I really enjoy working with Angelo as well as the service center! There were many times that I called to schedule oil changes on such short notice and I really enjoy working with Angelo as well as the service center! There were many times that I called to schedule oil changes on such short notice and they are always accommodating. There was a time Angelo was able to get me in sooner than what was scheduled. He always asks about how work is going and how my children are doing. Working in a customer service profession myself, the service center, as well as Angelo, exceed my expectations. He reviews the work that was done and work that needs to be done. He doesn't put pressure on me if I'm unable to do the work at that time. I love Coulter Nissan! I won't go anywhere else. More
