I was on vacation when my Nissan Titan XD developed a knock in the engine. I stopped at Coulter Nissan because it was the closest dealship to me. I feel like lady luck was with me that day. My engine problem was rare and it took a few weeks to get my pickup back but I felt like everyone was trying to get it repaired. I did not get the name of the mechanic that did the repairs but please let him know how much I appreciate his extra effort and the high quality of his work. Even though I have never bought a vehicle from Coulter (because I live in central Texas) I felt like I was treated as if I had bought vehicles from you all my life. More

We have bought 3 vehicles. Sales - great staff - good. Service - Service Manager needs to be replaced. Highly unprofessional and disrespectful! Never buy there again!!! Stay clear!!! I cannot understand why employees who come face to face with customers do not where face masks. I go to get haircut, go to pick up pizza, go to supermarket and all employees are wearing masks. Was so happy with my experience today at Coulter Nissan because of Mr Breit. The service department is legit, very impressive. I was greeted promptly and professionally.
