April, our service consultant was great. This was the first time we've worked with, as she took over our former consultant Alex, who was also great. I have worked with Scott in the service department for many years. He is very knowledgeable and takes great care of my car. Since my husband passed away several years ago, he takes the extra time to exp many years. He is very knowledgeable and takes great care of my car. Since my husband passed away several years ago, he takes the extra time to explain all recommended services thoroughly and I never feel he is trying to get me to perform unnecessary repairs. It is very convenient to reserve a loaner car and I have never had a negative service experience with Scott. I will most likely purchase another Infiniti because of his fantastic customer service.
